福建能源集团重组福维公司
近日，福建福维股份有限公司重组大会召开，根据福建省政府决定，福建省轻纺控股公司及其权属企业将持有的福维公司共81.7%的股权全部无偿划拨给省能源集团，福维公司正式成为能源集团控股子公司。
